Activities

historical

Cole Medin is a YouTuber and agentic engineering practitioner who has built a significant following around practical AI agent development. He began creating content around building AI agents with Python frameworks, RAG systems, and multi-agent orchestration, and has documented his learning journey in depth across hundreds of videos.

present

Cole is the creator of Archon, an open-source “operating system for agentic engineering” that he describes as the app store for agent workflows. He live-streams the building of Archon features, including a workflow marketplace, Jira integration, automated PR review pipelines, and community contribution workflows. He is also a regular experimenter with the Pi coding agent, using it to build custom coding harnesses and test multi-provider workflows. His channel covers context engineering, harness engineering, Claude Code workflows, RAG strategies, and multi-agent system design.

His working methodology centers on the PIV loop: Plan, Implement, Validate — with clarifying questions before planning, reducing assumptions and catching integration mistakes early.
