YouSpot

by HubSpot Next (Dharmesh Shah)

“The AI-native Solo CRM built for you” — a personal CRM for one-person companies rather than sales teams, built as an AI harness with CRM tools inside instead of a traditional CRM with an AI chatbot bolted on.

What it is

YouSpot builds a “second brain” from a solo operator’s business context — it imports the
people and companies you already know, keeps them current automatically, and answers
questions about your network in plain English. You interact with it like ChatGPT or Claude,
but it carries structured customer context and tools that let it act, not just answer.

Built exclusively for one-person companies: solopreneurs, consultants, speakers, writers,
and creators — explicitly not aimed at sales teams, which is the traditional CRM buyer.
Attio is the closest comparison in this vault, but Attio targets team/go-to-market
workflows; YouSpot is deliberately single-user.

How it works

  • Data sources: syncs from Gmail, Google Calendar, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and HubSpot —
builds and maintains the network graph from tools the user already uses, rather than
    requiring manual CRM entry
  • Personal graph: natural-language queries across contacts, companies, notes, and
files (“ask questions across a million objects”)
  • Actions, not just answers: interaction logging, follow-up scheduling, email drafting
with calendar context, and long-running agents for tasks like prospect research and
    domain valuation
  • Bidirectional HubSpot sync — positions YouSpot as complementary to, not a
replacement for, a team’s existing HubSpot instance

Plans

  • Solo: entry tier, credit-based, intro offer for early customers
  • Pro: larger credit allowance, 30-day free trial
  • Attio CRM — AI-native CRM, but team/GTM-focused rather than solo
  • HubSpot CRM — the parent product family; YouSpot syncs bidirectionally with it
