Overview
Claude Cowork is Anthropic’s answer to desktop task automation. Unlike chat, users describe complex workflows conversationally and Claude orchestrates sub-agents to execute them with human approval gates for sensitive operations. Operates in isolated virtual machine environments with persistent sessions and file sync.
