API limits (help.opus.pro/api-reference/limitation)
30 requests/minute per API key; max video 10 hours and 30 GB; 10-credit minimum (about 10 minutes) per API submission; projects expire after 30 days unless auto-save extends retention; concurrency caps (4 simultaneous projects on the lower API plans, 50 on Business) returning HTTP 429.
How it works
- Upload a file or paste a URL (YouTube, Loom, S3 links).
- The model scores moments (virality score) and proposes clips with captions, templates and optional B-roll.
- Review in the editor, or receive clips through API/webhook, then export or schedule to social platforms.
Best practices and cautions
- Reuse brand templates; steer with topic keywords; keep a human in the loop for final selection.
- Virality scores are probabilistic; AI B-roll can be irrelevant for technical content; spot-check captions for names and jargon.
