Listano (listano.eu) is a European B2B data-exchange / discovery platform: companies publish a verified company profile and product catalogue as structured data, which partners, enterprise systems and AI workflows can read. The vendor’s pitch is that procurement is moving to autonomous agents, so suppliers must be machine-discoverable (“neutral discovery layer for agentic commerce”).

What the vendor site states (checked 2026-10-02)

• 28-language publishing (re-confirmed 2026-10-05): profiles are AI-translated into all supported European languages, so a buyer searching in German can find a French seller.
• Country coverage: older copy said 35 countries; the current page does not state a country count.
• Verified company profiles and “equal visibility” (no paid placement), per vendor positioning; the verification mechanism itself is not documented on the pages read.
• AI-managed publishing is live; “Search for AI agents” is marked “Under development”, so agentic procurement features are not yet available.
• Pricing: annual subscription plans for publishing a company profile (see the vendor site for current plans). An earlier “founding member” discount was not seen on the current page.
• Launch date: not given on the page.

How it fits

In the author’s view (opinion) it is comparable to regional business directories, but positioned by the vendor as structured data plus an agent-ready layer. It is a commercial listing service, not an agent framework; relevant to agentic commerce only as a possible data source for sourcing agents (see ai-agent-platforms-comparison for agent platforms and agent-payments-protocols for the payments side).

Open items

• Ownership/imprint, funding and traction: not found (footer names only “Listano”).
• 35-country list and “no pay-per-contact” claims from the older copy: not confirmed on the current page.
• API availability and ERP/CRM plugins (SAP, Salesforce, Odoo) claimed in the earlier note: unverified, removed.
• Launch date 2025-10-30: single search summary.
