Geta.Team

Platform for deploying “AI employees”: agents with their own identity, email address, phone number, persistent memory and skills, which work autonomously across channels (Slack, Teams, WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Gmail, voice calls) instead of acting as a chat assistant. It is a brand of Elestio Limited (Dublin, Ireland), per geta.team; an Elestio blog post describes it as open source, which conflicts with the vendor pricing page (see Open items).

What it does (vendor description)

  • Each AI employee has one identity across channels and carries the same memory into every interaction; each gets its own filesystem/execution environment to store files and run code.
  • Deployments can be self-hosted (own infrastructure, incl. air-gapped, per vendor docs/blog) or managed; “dedicated server per workspace” on all plans.
  • LLM backends: any OpenAI-compatible endpoint (Claude, Gemini, OpenRouter, Ollama, vLLM, LM Studio) on BYOK plans; managed plans use four model tiers (Mini, Standard, Medium, Max) paid in credits.
  • Role templates cover engineering/DevOps, sales, marketing, support, operations. Voice calls support custom instructions (2026 release notes).
  • Releases are published on blog.geta.team (v2.0.16 post found via search; not opened).

Plans (geta.team/pricing, accessed 2026-10-02)

PlanNotes
Entry (managed)Credit-based; 20,000 credits, up to 3 workspaces
Solo (managed)40,000 credits, up to 5 workspaces, 3-day trial with 5,000 credits
Scale (managed)80K to 1.35M credits
Community (BYOK)1 AI employee, self-hosted option
Enterprise / Premium (BYOK)1 to 250 employees

Annual billing is stated to give a 24% discount (pricing page). Current prices: see the vendor pricing page https://geta.team/pricing. The pricing page (re-fetched 2026-10-05) states no plan is free (only the Solo plan has a 3-day trial, and “Community (BYOK)” is a paid tier), which conflicts with the earlier version of this note (“free open-source community edition”) and with Elestio’s blog describing it as free open source.

Removed from this note

Customer “case study” figures (e.g. 200% sales jump, +120% traffic, named AI personas) were marketing claims that could not be verified and were dropped.

Open items

  • Free vs paid Community edition and the open-source/licence status: vendor pricing page says paid, Elestio blog says free open source; no GitHub repo located. Needs owner check.
  • No independent reviews found; capabilities are vendor-reported only.
