(Delaware, CIK 0001605916, San Francisco address) formerly Bitmoon Computing, Inc., with filings under the old name through 2014-04-24, so the rename happened in 2014 (Wikipedia’s “2024” is wrong). The 2014 founding year is consistent with the CIK registration but no page states it.
